Since upgrading to one Endicia account, I notice that the top portion of the label doesn't print. The line that reflects US postage paid (immediately above FIRST CLASS) and the top portion of the QR code do not print.  I would think this makes it not scan-able at USPS.  Please advise.

Thank you for posting to our forum!

This situation sounds like it's related to your browser / PDF viewer.  The conversion to one Endicia account does not have any affect on labels.

I would recommend trying another browser or adjusting your settings on your PDF viewer within your browser.  If you are using Chrome, you might also try the suggestions listed here:  How can I improve the print quality of my labels in Chrome?

Another option is to install our direct printing integration called ConnectEasy as it bypasses the PDF step all together.  Steps for installing that based on your operating system type can be found in the article linked below:

Once ConnectEasy is installed, please configure the printer(s):
