Shipping notifications marked as spam

Hello! Starting earlier in this month I noticed the shipping notification emails that I'm copied on that go out to customers are tagged as spam from my mail server (not locally at my computer level). The email this notification comes from is noreply@customers.shippingeasyemail4.com Hopefully someone can look into this.
Thanks!

Hello Andrew, and thank you for posting to our community.

The email address noreply@customers.shippingeasyemail4.com is the normal sending address for shipment notifications to your customers.

Unfortunately there is no way to change that currently. However, we would recommend contacting your mail server and ask them to whitelist that email address so your copies are no longer tagged as spam.

Thank you!

Well, sure I could have it white listed on my specific server but what I'm concerned about is these emails being tagged as spam to our (all of us using your product) customers.

This is a part of the header, does that mean that bitdefender is classifying it as spam?

Hello Andrew,

Yes, that certainly looks like Bitdefender is classifying the email as spam.

However, the link below may help to prevent that in the future: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2393/

Unfortunately we are unable to force specific servers to validate emails as spam or not, but this does improve over time and our developers track this heavily.

I have notified our Product Team of your concerns regarding this so they can make necessary updates as needed to help avoid this issue in the future.

Thank you.
