I have been trying to print a label for hours.  When I click "print", another tab comes up as usual, but nothing comes on the screen, the tab just says "waiting on app1.shippingeasy.com".  I am lost. I tried updating Adobe. I've tried restarting the computer.  I need to be able to print my labels to ship out! Someone please help.

Hello Laura, and thank you for posting to our community!

Based on your description, it sounds like you maybe using the Edge web browser. From what we understand, the Edge browser currently has an issue displaying PDF files, which your labels will be displayed as currently.

To correct this, a windows update is needed. If you do not want to run a windows update at this time, we would recommend using a different web browser such as Google Chrome, to print your labels.
