Getting refund for purchased labels before converting to one account

I have 3 labels that I need a refund for but I cant get to the screen because I haven't converted my account to one account yet.  Can I get a refund for those labels after I convert?  How do I get the refunds because my only option at this point is the screen to convert.  I couldn't do it before because I was over my shipping limit for the month and I had to wait for my new month to start which was November 4th.  Please advise on how to continue.

It is possible we may be able to cancel the labels for you since you cannot login without converting your accounts.
