not syncing consistently with Ecwid

Over the weekend I received 3 orders in Ecwid.  The 1st 2 did not show up in Shipping Easy but the 3rd order did.  Then last night I received an order and it did not show up in Shipping Easy.  I just tried force sync with the sync button several times at 10:00pm CST and then looked at my settings in Shipping Easy and it shows that my last sync was at 12:41pm CST so clearly not syncing.  Can you please tell me how I can get this to work consistently?  It is very time-consuming to have to input orders manually.  Thank you!

Hello Tori, and thank you for posting to our community!

After checking your account, I see the last sync to your Ecwid store was 23 minutes ago, so it does appear to be syncing currently.

Normally ShippingEasy will only be able to sync your orders when they have a payment status in Ecwid of Queued/Awaiting Payment or Accepted/Paid, as well as a fulfillment status of New or Processing.

If you continue to see orders not syncing, when in one of the above mentioned statuses, can you please post the order number(s) so we can investigate further?
