I recently shipped a package via USPS Priority Mail for which I paid for signature confirmation. The problem is, USPS failed to get a signature from the resident and just dropped it off on the front porch.
How do I get a refund for this?

At this time it appears you will need to follow the USPS steps in the link below to receive a refund for Extra Services.

However, you may want to contact your local post office in advance to confirm you can follow that process after purchasing your label and the extra service online.
