lost debit card payment

Hi there, I posted a payment to Endicia in late September, it was deducted from my debit card, and yet Endicia claims they never received it, closed my account, and sent a claim for $7, which they claim I owe, to a Collection Agency. Please help! This money must be somewhere at Shippingeasy or Endicia, it clearly got deducted from my account. And I was never informed of any problem and my shippingeasy account shows the payment as having been posted. I just spent 3 hours with Endicia trying to work this out. My account has plenty of money in it.

After checking your ShippingEasy account, I'm not seeing any charges from us directly, which would mean any payments made would have gone to Endicia.

At this point we would recommend obtaining more details regarding the payment that was deducted from your debit card, including the transaction number, date and recipient. You will want to provide that information to Endicia so they can investigate further on their end.
