The Integration with Magento 2.1 keeps disconnecting from our website.
It's set up with the correct user rolls, and also set to never time out the login, but it keeps disconnecting with in a few hours.
Do you have a way to track down what's going on there?

The site is at version 2.1.9, and hopefully 2.2 soon. Everything was set up according to the documentation, as well as setting the login to never expire.

Have you updated your Magento store to version 2.1.3? If not, we recommend doing that for best performance with ShippingEasy.
