Amazon orders dont download

I am on the starter plan, linked everything up to my amzon account but my new MF orders dont download. Under the stores section it says my AZ account is connected and syncing but orders do not appear. 

I have hooked my AZ account up to other dev apps before so I am very sure I did the key right.  Plus ship easy says it is connected and syncing.    I let the paid order sit for 2 hours so far and it looks like it has synced in the last 20 minutes. 

Any ideas on next steps.

Is your Amazon account a "Professional" Amazon Seller Account?

Also, when you integrated your account, did you follow the steps in the article linked below exactly?

If you answered yes to both questions above, are the orders in a status that we currently sync?  You can see which statues we sync and more information about how to use ShippingEasy with Amazon here:

If you still need assistance after that, please provide example order numbers, their corresponding statuses, and the dates the orders were placed in an email to us at issues@shippingeasy.com so we can troubleshoot further.

I  am an amazon professional and have other apps linked.    Order was in  unshipped state for two days.  I will send an email.. Thanks.
