My ebay orders do not sync anymore

Hi,

my ebay orders are not syncing anymore. Not sure why they stopped pulling in. I already deactivated and reactivate my ebay store without any succes.

please help

I'm sorry to hear your orders are no longer syncing to ShippingEasy. I see that your store has synced recently but it is not evident why no orders were synced.

Would you be able to post some of the order numbers from your eBay store that have not synced, so we can investigate further?

hello,

I have 2 ebay orders which did not sync

record 2763 on dec 6 and 2762 on nov 28th....

 the last order which synced was on oct 16th. 2761

Unfortunately because these orders already indicate they have Shipped, our product team is unable to determine why they did not sync to your ShippingEasy account.

If you can provide any eBay record numbers for orders that have not been shipped yet, we will be able to investigate further.

hello, I have 2 ebay order which did not sync.

ebay order 2764 & 2765.
