How do I get an end of the year report when I cancelled shipping easy?  I contacted Endicia and shipping easy set up my "security" questions and answers. With that said I have no idea what the answers are.  One of the questions was, "what color are the chairs in the conference room?"  I have no idea what conference room they are referring to.  I was told I need the answers to these questions to get the info I need for my taxes.  However when I call shipping easy's 1800 number there is not an option to talk to a person unless you currently have an account.  Does anyone know where or how I can get an end of the year report with a cancelled account?

I'm trying to cancel my account but the activation button will not come up after I validate that I'm canceling..this is the biggest pain in the ass not being able to talk to a human!!!
