We have this error pop up when we are trying to create a shipment. We manage numerous stores and only one of the stores when trying to create a label cause this to occur. Its the weekend and no support is available so any help would be appreciated.

We're so sorry you encountered this problem on the weekend when our support is limited. 

It does appear, however, that your issue was due to a rule assigning the FedEx carrier, but your FedEx account had not been connected to your ShippingEasy account.

I believe our phone staff spoke with someone from your business today to relay that information and help you resolve the issue.
