Integrated with PayPal but orders not imported

 I made sure the email was in my settings.  I cannot figure out why they aren't syncing.  Do I need to wait if I manually tell it to sync?

Hello Mark,

Thank you for writing to ShippingEasy. Looking at your account I see that there were a few orders that came over from your PayPal store around the 20th. Did something change? Do you recall what settings were in place when it was working then?

The email that should be in your "Email" field under Edit store settings on your Stores and Orders page for your PayPal store should be the same one you use to log into PayPal. If you do not need to filter out any orders from PayPal you will not need any email in the "Filter Orders By Email" Field.
