I printed a label using the new consolidating service and shipped an order on 1/25/18 but it still has no tracking updates today (2/5/18) which is over a week later.
When would I expect to see tracking updates? I understand my order goes to a local consolidator service which slaps on a new label and that isn't too far from my location.
Please let me know how long I should wait for customers to see tracking updates? Thanks.

From what we understand, the consolidator service has been upgraded to move shipments quicker and get the tracking updated sooner.
If you are still missing tracking information for your shipment, can you please let us know along with the Order number?
