Hi, we have been using Shipping easy for many years and love the products, service and support. We are working toward using Shipping easy to figure P&L at a more detailed level by combining data from Shipped Products Reports and Complete Shipping Reports (AdHoc configuration). We are very close to full utilization but we're seeing some discrepancies between reports.
Let's start with Revenue columns 1st. We run a report for Shipped Products 4/1/2017 - 4/30/2017. Total Wholesale Revenue is $10,559.56. We run a report for Complete Shipping Report 4/1/2017 - 4/30/2017 and the Total Wholesale Price is $10,555.40. Not a big discrepancy, but it is a discrepancy.
The larger discrepancy is Order Total(s). We know a big part of this is Split orders - the system always reports the full amount paid by the customer each time a shipment is made. We're working on a workaround for this by creating a manual order, but there are still other discrepancies. The Shipped Products report for the period states $21,553.05 for Total Revenue (we know Discounts are not reflected in these numbers - we account for that in other calculations). The Complete Shipping Report for the period states $23,879.04 in Order Total column (we know this reflects split orders that we account for in other calculations). Even after removing the revenue from duplicated split orders, we still come up with $22.768.14 which is a very large discrepancy from the Shipped Products Report. All Reports / Revenue examples are for the period of 4/1/2017 - 4/30/2017. Can you tell how the discrepancies can be resolved? We've been working at this for several months and cannot find the answer. Thank you!

After some digging into your questions, we believe there are some key things to note regarding these reports that may help you match the totals better.
The Shipped Products report doesn't log duplicated orders or include returned shipments, while the Complete Shipping report does.
In addition, total revenue on the Shipped Products report doesn't include shipping paid but the order total does on the Complete Shipping report.
You might consider removing the shipping paid and returns from the Complete Shipping report to compare those more accurately.
