Auto entered ship to address changed my customer's address to mine.

I have connected LuLaRoe Bless to Shippingeasy to auto import customer addresses.  However, sometimes the ship to address imports as my address.  I have printed and mailed two packages now that had my address and just came back to me! Why would it be doing this?  I obviously have to check more closely to make sure ship to address is correct before printing but I need to know why it is doing this.

Hello Michelle, and thank you for posting to our community!

Unfortunately orders will only pull into ShippingEasy with the buyer's address if they have been invoiced directly in BLESS and marked as paid.

If the order was paid with a different method (ex: paid with check, paid with credit, giveaway, paid with cash), the Pop Up Address or the retailer's address will be downloaded as the order address instead.
