We are using the group by batch function all the time now and love it. Would it be possible to make the batch ID available in the ShippingEasy API post back call? It would be helpful for me to have the batch id posted back to the order. that way if there were issues we'd know what other orders may have been affected. For example - we handled around 8000 orders in a 3 day window - running around 100 orders per batch - and then printing 5-6 batches at a time. The printer jammed in the middle of printing and we had no way to know how many orders didn't come out before the labels were cleared. didn't know which batch it was... so only way to know for sure was to process all and then wait for USPS tracking to show no activity 3-4 days later.
