Connecteasy not launching on Mac High Sierra

I have 2 MacBooks with high sierra on them, one of them it works fine the other one I can not get to work.  I have downloaded and reinstalled multiple times with no success.

Hello Danielle, and thank you for posting to our community!

While ConnectEasy can only be utilized on one computer at a time, as long as you are not running ConnectEasy on the other computer, it should install to both.

To actively run ConnectEasy on the other computer, you will want to disconnect from ConnectEasy on the first computer:

  1. Click the ConnectEasy icon in the menu bar.
  2. Select Disconnect from the drop down menu.*
  3. Wait for the ConnectEasy icon to change with a line struck through it.

*If you are unable to select Disconnect, choose Quit from the drop down menu instead.
