Tracking Number Not Found - Order doesn't exist?

I am currently testing this service and to be honest, it leaves much to be desired.  An order was shipped through StorEnvy's interface.  Everything went fine, label created with no issues and tracking was provided..

However it has been an absurd amount of time and my customer STILL has not received their package. On top of that the tracking number that was provided is not found in this system nor does it say any orders are visible at all.  Not only has the tracking not been updates, there is no way to find out if it was even processed.  As it stands there is little to no reason to upgrade my service as the main function I needed out of Shipping Easy just fell flat on its face.

How can I find information about a shipment if this system cannot even locate that it ever existed?

Hello Somnus, and thank you for posting to our community!

As of January 21st, the First-Class Mail International Service for Flats containing merchandise was discontinued by the USPS. This means that no merchandise (goods) can be mailed using the First-Class Mail International service.

ShippingEasy, however, will continue to offer First-Class Mail International service for Large Envelopes/Flats, thanks to our valued carrier partnerships.

When a First-Class Mail International Flat label is purchased for a parcel containing merchandise, it will be routed to a USPS shipping consolidator sorting facility first. The consolidator will sort, document, and forward your package on to your customer, via USPS.

Unfortunately our partners experienced some delays in the beginning, but everything appears to have been ironed out now. At this point we would recommend you reach out to your local post office for an update on the tracking of your shipment.
