We have a store live on the Magento 2.2.1 platform, and after getting multiple reasons of why the store was disconnecting from Shippingeasy every night, we were told (Post Launch) that Shippingeasy is not actually compatible with any Magento Platform 2.2.0 and beyond. We would like this integration, so that we do not have the manually reconnect everyday.

At present, ShippingEasy supports two Magento integrations:
- for Magento versions 1.x
- for Magento versions 2.1.x. When using the v2.1.x integration, we recommend using a minimum version of 2.1.3, or higher.
Unfortunately we do not yet support Magento v2.2.x stores. However, we're glad to see that you've voiced your interest and will encourage others who sell on this platform to add to this thread.
