Hi, we have migrated over to magento 2.2.3
It appears you don't support the mage 2.2 line.
We are having the disconnect issues and also no order totals coming across in the templates.
You should know that nearly all new installations and migrations of magento will most likely be on the mage 2.2 line. This line was first released in SEPTEMBER 2017
That's 6 months ago. If there isn't a reasonable timeline for your supporting mage 2.2.x I will have to switch shipping automation vendors.

Unfortunately we do not have any immediate plans to integrate with Magento 2.2.
That being said, however, our community has considerable influence on the course of our development. The more interest we see for certain features or integrations, the more likely they will be added to our app.
Would you consider reposting your specific needs and interest in Magento 2.2 to our Feature Requests forums? These are monitored by our CEO and Product Team and used to prioritize future development work.
