Order Marked Drop Shipped incorrectly

Hi!

I shipped seven items the other day, seven labels printed, and then when I went to manually send someone their tracking number, it appeared the shipment was labeled as drop-shipped without a tracking number. This is NOT something I did, but happened automatically in the system. Now I have no way of seeing where this package is or if it's going to get to them. So why would it have created a label if it was marked as drop-shipped?

And how can I ensure the package will be delivered?

Thanks so much!

Hello Zoe, and thank you for posting to our community!

I'm sorry to hear one of our shipments was marked drop shipped when it wasn't. Can you provide the order so we can investigate further?

Thank you.

I have reached out to our Product Team for more information regarding how that order was marked as shipped. As soon as I receive a response from them, I will post back here with an update for you.

Thanks.

Do not understand this service. My first-class merchandise was suppose to go to Canada. First went to Oklahoma City and then 3 days later is back in Austin. Does this service even work?

Sadly, package returned right back to my PO Box. Never made it to Regional Sorting Facility in Illinois. Went so far as Oklahoma City(?) probably because tracking code somehow related to that facility. Turned right around and was delivered back to me. Can't use this service again.

Hi Rudy, and thank you for posting to our community!

Typically the First Class International Merchandise service is able to get shipments to the consolidator facility without a problem.

However if the shipment was returned to you by USPS, can you provide the reason USPS gave for returning it to you? If there was no reason provided, we would recommend contacting your local post office or USPS directly via phone at 1 (800) 275-8777 for more information.

Thank you.
