Hi, this should be very simple, and will save me a lot of time from having to scroll down to hit Continue all the time.

When I'm uploading manual orders using CSV, after selecting the CSV file and hitting Upload, it takes me to the screen where I map the columns to the fields. This is pre-saved, so I never have to change the mapping, so I just scroll down and hit continue.

I'm requesting that a Continue button be placed at the top of the page as well so I can just click that to move forward.
