I have only 3 packages where I know the weight was not correct. I took it to post office and asked to pay the additional postage they said that it would be taken care of by my online shipper. I see 2 items have arrived today, but where do I look to see the additional postage charge. 2 I had purchased at first class 4 ounces when should have been 9 and 1 purchased at 9 when should have been 11. Where do I see this history?

Most likely the post office was referring to the Automated Package Verification system put in place last year.
