On shipping easy, can I print postage for a first class certified package? I don't see an option for this on the drop down menu.

To answer your question, we currently do not support certified mail for USPS shipments.
I recommend posting your request in our Feature Request Forums. Posting there puts your request in front of the Product Team and also allows you to receive an email when the feature has been prioritized and/or released.
