Hi - I'm new with LuLaRoe and recently set up Bless and Shipping Easy accounts. I followed all of the steps to integrate the two (all the API data) and then had a few salees after everything was set up. However, nothing is pulling over into the Orders page in Shipping Easy. However, the sales are showing up in Bless on the Shipping Management page. Any ideas why its not integrating?

Hello Laura, and thank you for posting to our community!
After checking your account, I see that you have had several Bless integrations that were then disconnected/archived. If the orders in your Bless account Shipping Management page were tied to one of those store integrations, they will not be sent once they are archived.
In which case for your previous orders, they would need to be entered in ShippingEasy manually, using the step-by-step instructions in the link below.
How to: Add a Manual Order
On a happier note, I do see that your current store integration is being sent orders from Bless now. So you shouldn't need to manually enter orders going forward.
