Stopped Syncing a Month & a half ago had to Manually enter shipments --- Now today it won't even do Manual Orders!!!!

Hi again,
I also wanted to mention that since Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft, some sites may not continue to work correctly with that browser as Microsoft is no longer providing updates for it.
ShippingEasy is optimized for Google Chrome so if you haven't tried using the site (and creating manual orders) with Chrome then I would recommend giving that a try.

Thank you for posting to our forums!
It's possible that your automatic downloads were turned off if your account was idle for an amount of time. More about this and how to turn automatic downloads back on can be found in the article linked below. Also, please keep in mind that you can still sync manually using the Sync button on the Orders page.
Why did my automatic order download get turned off?
If that is not the case, we can troubleshoot further with a bit more information.

We'll need the email address you use to log into ShippingEasy with and some example order numbers for those that did not sync. If you can also provide a screenshot of the example orders from the backend of your store showing the status of the orders, that would be helpful as well.
