Hi, i recently paid for shipping on an order from my storenvy shop and though my bank shows that the money has indeed been taken for shipping, I never received the email. is it possible to either send it to a different email or simply get a refund? I was not expecting to run into issues from a company that is meant to make shipping easy.
Paid for Shipping, never recieved email for shipping label.
