Labels paid, failed to print, no postage available

Added postage, clicked "pay"m labels failed, money deducted, no labels available to print and no money on account.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us this afternoon regarding your account.

Monday morning, our partners at Endicia experienced an outage which caused a problem generating USPS shipping labels and accessing postage balances. This also impacted our ability to load our application for ShippingEasy users.

Endicia has confirmed that the underlying problem has been fixed. Endicia's system should be working normally now, and you should be able to buy and print labels in ShippingEasy. Our team at ShippingEasy is continuing to monitor the situation closely. We will update the app ALERT should any other issues arise. If you have any failed labels, you may retry to purchase those from Ready to Print.

Thank you for replying but you didn't say anything for charging me money for failed labels. I still have no money refund or labels to void and get refund.

I am having same problem! Won't allow me to use usps now. Took $$ for two labels, won't print labels and doesn't show I have any money in there. FIX IT

Hello,

Any labels that were purchased but not properly completed, have been automatically canceled. These canceled labels take 10 - 15 days to refund back to your Endicia account. 

You should be seeing the funds for any of these labels soon.

Once again, very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this outage.
