Recipient first name only?

Hello:

 

Is it possible (is there are variable) so that when I send a shipping confirmation email, only the recipients first name is used? For instance:

instead of:

Hello JOHN SMITH - 

it would say:

Hello JOHN - 

 

This feels much more natural to me, & would fit my brand much better. Thanks!

At this time, we don't have a specific release date for this feature but it is on our team's list to consider for prioritization. I've gone ahead and logged your support of this as well.
