Get correct shipping speed when automatically drop ship order from eBay using Amazon MCF

I want to create a rule that will automatically take the orders I get from eBay and submit them to Amazon for MCF. When making a rule for this, it wants me to select a shipping speed for Amazon MCF (standard, expedited, priority). I have these options all available for my eBay listing, but I don't know how to make my rule submit the order using whatever shipping method that was requested from eBay.

Hello Ten3, and thank you for posting to our community!

Once you enable the Amazon multi-channel fulfillment option in your store settings within ShippingEasy, you can then set the Amazon MCF speed after selecting 'Drop Ship' at the bottom of your shipping rule.

After selecting 'Drop Ship', additional Amazon MCF options will appear like the image below.

Thank you and happy shipping!

Right, I see the options for selecting a shipping speed for my rule. My issue is that different customers will select different shipping speeds and I don't know how to ensure I have rules in place to pick the one they specified. I'm guessing I may have to have 3 rules (one each for standard, expedited, and priority), but I can't figure out what conditions I can select in the 'if' portion of the rule to select only certain orders from eBay based on their shipping speed selection.

Hi Ten3,

Based on your needs, it sounds like you will probably need 3 different shipping rules. I would recommend two IF statements in each rule:

If Store is equal to eBay

If Requested Service is equal to Standard/Expedited/Priority

I hope that helps.

Thank you.
