Hi, Out of the blue, perhaps about 2-3 weeks ago, all my WooCommerce orders started syncing over as only ounces, instead of pounds, so I have to manually fill in the weight before I can complete the labels. For example, an order will show up with 1.7oz, when it should be 1.7 pounds, or 1 pound 11.2 ounces, or 27.2 ounces. I don't believe I changed anything or upgraded anything on my site that correlates with the change and everything seems to be reporting fine on my site. Thanks.
Orders coming over as ounces instead of pounds

Thanks a bunch! I don't recall that setting being changed on either side, but it could have happened when I linked my eBay and Amazon stores. I'll see if that helps on the next order.
Thanks again,

I too have this problem and it's a real pain on foreign orders with multiple items where i have to manually check each item until I figure out which has the error.
Usually about 70% of the weights come in correctly and 30% come in incorrectly, so it's not on my end as it should be consistent either way.
0.1 ounce coming in as 1 pounds is a very typical one (the opposite of the person who started this post).
Almost every foreign order with 4 or more items has at least 1 item with an incorrect weight (I have 90% lightweight items weighing ounces not pounds so I typically get the USPS error - "actual weight must be more than x pounds" and click on each product listed until I find all errors)
Hi Connie, thanks for posting to our community.
I see you have pounds listed in your BigCommerce store settings in ShippingEasy. Do you have pounds listed for the default Weight Measurement within the "Physical Dimension Settings" section of your BigCommerce store?
If so, it's possible entries in the Product Catalog within ShippingEasy are overriding the weights from your store. We would recommend checking your Products Catalog next time you see an incorrect weight listed, to see if that weight is being used from your catalog.
If it is, you can edit the weights in your catalog, using the steps in our guide below.

Hi Mark, and thank you for posting to our community!
If your order weights in ShippingEasy do not match what's in your store, we recommend checking the weight settings in both accounts.
WooCommerce accounts with product weights set to 'lbs' could sync incorrectly if ShippingEasy's STORES & ORDERS settings for your WooCommerce store is set to 'ounces' in ShippingEasy.
To access that setting in ShippingEasy, please check the "Why are my WooCommerce orders syncing in with the wrong weights?" section in the guide below.
