I would like to request that you add the ability to include reference fields to shipments both for getting onto UPS for shipment tracking but also for the labels.

We have launched new customization options for Seller Fulfilled Prime shipping labels through the Merchant Fulfillment API. These options will enable you to print high quality labels directly onto thermal printers and add reference fields to support in your fulfillment operations:

1. Label formats: You can now choose ZPL label format (203 dpi resolution)
2. Reference Text/ID on ZPL label: On a label with ZPL format, you have the option of printing up to two references: Amazon order ID and Custom reference.

The updated API documentation to integrate these changes along with client libraries can be found on developer.amazonservices.com. We plan to launch support for these options through the Buy Shipping UI later in 2018. These options are available for UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
