Late shipment notification

I would like to receive a notification if an order takes at least a week to ship. I need this functionality specifically for international orders so I don't have to wait for customers to ask where their package might be. 

I see this happening in a couple of ways:

1. High level setting to receive an email whenever any package takes of X days to arrive and doesn't have a status of being delivered

2. Receive email when a package takes longer than estimated time to arrive. If it says it should arrive Monday and hasn't, fire off notification on Tuesday.

I made a solution for this called ShipAware. It imports shipments from ShippingEasy then sends you an alert when shipments take over X days to arrive.

It's not a ShippingEasy competitor since it doesn't print labels. It focuses on late shipment alerts and automatic customer emails.
