I'm trying to set up my first order. It is for a Flat Rate Large Box. The price I'm getting is $17.65 (the "Complete Solutions" price in your chart) and not the "ShippingEasy" price of $17.10. What am I doing wrong?

While on the free Starter plan, you receive Commercial Base Pricing (CBP) on Priority Mail shipments. The Flat Rate Large Box for Commercial Base Pricing (CBP) is $17.65. You can see that rate table here: Rate Table (Commercial Base) Priority Mail
Should you upgrade to a paid plan (Basic or above) then you would receive Commercial Plus Pricing (CPP) on Priority Mail shipments. The Flat Rate Large Box for Commercial Plus Pricing (CPP) is $17.10. You can see that rate table here: Rate Table (Commercial Plus) Priority Mail
