How can I use customer variables in links in email templates

Hello

How can I use tags and liquid in the <a href tags in email templates to pass certain data point back to our store?

An example would be:

<a href="https://ourstore.com/order/?ordernumber={{shipment.order_number}}&tracking_number={{shipment.tracking_number}"...

That now doesn't work as your WYSIWYG or tracking system converts liquid tags into URL friendly characters...

Hello Dmitri!

Thanks for posting to our Community Forum today!

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to support the addition of links with liquid parameters.

However, I strongly suggest you place a feature request for this in our Feature Request forums. This is how we monitor interest in changes to the app as they are regularly reviewed by our Product Manager and CEO. Also, posting in the forums will allow you to be notified when this change is released.

This link explains how to submit a Feature Request:  How do I share my feedback with ShippingEasy?

Please keep in mind, our Knowledge Base forums do require a separate login. We encourage the use of Facebook, Twitter, or Google account credentials to make the additional log-in easier. If you have not posted before, you can create an account here:  http://support.shippingeasy.com/registration

We look forward to seeing you in the Feature Request forum and taking an active role in improving ShippingEasy!

Warm regards,
