Thanks for posting in our community forum today!
Currently, ShippingEasy does not send you or your customer a Shipment Confirmation e-mail for drop shipped ("Mark as Shipped") orders. Only orders with labels generated in ShippingEasy will receive the Shipment Confirmation email. However, using "Marked as Shipped" does update your SHIPMENT HISTORY page and your website with the tracking number, if that option has been selected. Here is how to check the tracking number option when orders are being marked as shipped:

As far as a future option to send confirmation emails on orders that are marked as shipped, I would recommend posting a feature request.
