I'm sorry to hear the application will not open for you. Our system is up and running and I am able to pull ShippingEasy up from your account when logged in to your profile. Have you tried rebooting your system, or tried another browser? Also, you may want to try clearing the cache on your current browser if the application is not displaying properly.
