My Americommerce store disconnected and when I try to reconnect, it says, "Credentials could not be validated".

Thank you for posting to our forum!
I just took a look at your account and when I put your URL into my web browser, the site did not connect. Is your store currently live? If so, you may need to edit your Store Domain under Settings then Stores & Orders then Edit Store Settings for Americommerce. If the site is not live then I recommend waiting until it is to re-connect.
If editing the URL and re-connecting when the site is live doesn't do the trick then I recommend removing that store integration and re-integrating it. Going to Settings then Stores & Orders and clicking the red x next to the order will archive the store. The steps to re-integrate can be found here: How to: Integrate AmeriCommerce with ShippingEasy
