I made extra postage purchases on accident! There is no messaging! Please help!!

Hello,

I was just using your site for the first time and it said to purchase postage . . .and I clicked the button and nothing seemed to happen because the button, there was no messaging or confirmation that something happened . . .which I expected, so when nothing happened I clicked the button two more times and now I have $30 in postage credit.

Can you please refund $20 asap?! I do not ship that much right now and can't really tie up $20.

PS. I emailed you and your response was that since I don't pay you I am out of luck. So very frustrating. I hope you can help and will fix the interface!

We're happy to help those on the free Starter plan here in the forums since that plan type does not include chat, email, or phone support.  You can see what is included in each plan type here:  What is included in my plan?

Currently, the only way for Endicia to refund you for too much postage purchased is to close the Endicia account.  The full details can be found here:  How to: Refund an Endicia postage balance if I added too much

Should you choose to close that Endicia account, please post in the comments so we can archive that account for you which allows you to sign up for a new Endicia account once you are ready to ship via USPS again.
