Shopify Sync for Open, Paid, and Unfulfilled Orders

I need an option for shippingeasy to only pull in only Open, Paid, and Unfulfilled Orders, I can't mark my Amazon and Ebay orders as fulfilled in Shopify, because they'll be updated by shopify as shipped in the Marketplaces and then they get automatically cleared from shippingeasy. 

I have my Ebay and Amazon orders coming into shippingeasy directly from the marketplaces because when they go into Shopify they lose vital information that we need so I'm only using Shopify to manage the inventory between our website and the Marketplaces. I have an app inside of Shopify marking all Amazon and Ebay orders as archived so that closes the orders without fulfilling them, this keeps the inventory correct, doesn't tell the marketplaces that they've been shipped so they don't get cleared out of shippingeasy because these orders aren't marked as fulfilled shippingeasy pulls them when we do a sync even tho they aren't open orders.

Another option that might work is having only pulling in payment method ie: shopify_payments and manual.

Yes I know these options but they don't help me at all, I need a setting that only pulls in paid, unfulfilled, and open orders. We have all of our ebay and Amazon orders being archived when they come through shopify, which closes the orders but doesn't mark them as fulfilled, so when shippingeasy pulls in the orders the way they do it pulls in every order whether it's archived (closed) or not.

So last week I noticed that when and order is imported from shopify and it's an ebay order it tags the order with "sh_eBay" or "sh_ebay" but Amazon orders don't get tagged with anything. If both Amazon and eBay could get some sort of tag I could always do a shipping rule that clears these orders on import from shopify? Just trying to help let me know if you need anymore information.

As of 4/1/2019 I was able to fix this issue. I was able to get an app for shopify that tags all my orders according to sales chanel so within Shippingeasy I made shipping rules for each occurrence to clear the orders before they go to the orders screen.

Here's how I have it set up for each, I had to make a seperate one for each platform because having more than 1 "if" in there it wouldn't clear them.
