What happened to the forum link from the main shippingeasy page? New users, and those of us looking for answers on have the limited help button on the bottom right .. there is no longer a way to navigate to the Forums ....

We (your paid accounts) don't see this as a feature. This is a Bug/Mistake/Oversight.
How do new accounts to Shipping Easy find the Forum to add to our voices?
How do existing accounts check to see if a feature has already been requested? Google it?

I certainly understand your concern! I will mention this to our Product Team on your behalf.
In the meantime, please bookmark our forum at https://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/en-us/community/topics and know that if you click the Help Center in the bottom right and search for "help" after clicking on Frequently Asked Questions, then the top 2 articles that pop up have links to the forums.

The Help and Answers links were removed in favor of the Help Center option in the bottom right of your account.
We're very sorry if this has caused any inconvenience for you. We strongly encourage you to post a request in our Feature Request Productivity forums, if you would like to see those reinstated. Those forums are monitored by our Product Team and are used to prioritize future development work.
The more interest they see for certain features there, the more likely those will be prioritized and added to our app.
