    i thought my customers were being informed of their packages of my live shrimp and now i find that they were not informed and all the poor creatures perished because the customer had no idea the package had been left at their front door because they only had the first tracking number which was the one that we bought first but was too small so we cancelled it and paid for a larger package and heavier weight.   • Removing / Splitting specific items or product categories from an order

    We would like to remove or split orders with rules but we only found the option to split the whole order by individual SKU, which doesn't give a lot of flexibility on selecting which items should be split. Especially for a large order with multiple items, we don't want to create multiple split orders, just remove specific items.   • WooCommerce Orders Not Syncing because they were created more than X days ago

    We have called ShippingEasy multiple times as some WooCommerce orders that were created X number of days ago (not sure what your setting for X is) are not showing up in S.E. even though their status = processing (i.e. paid for in WooCommerce). My most recent example was I had an order that was just paid for on 12/17, but was originally created on 12/3.  Your support team could do a sweep to fix it.   • Alert/Flag No tracking information for lost packages

    Hello, I have seen that USPS sometimes loses my packages. I have no idea this happens until a customer notifies me and I check the tracking number to see that no acceptance scan was done by the post office.  Shipping easy is currently able to show USPS tracking information status under the "Delivery" column under shipping history.  It would be nice if there was a user setting that can alert me if Label has been purchased and after X number of days there is no shi...     Etsy now offers sellers the option of creating products with a "personalization" option.   • Amazon Store - need Payment Date in the Reports download

    Custom Report can include the 'Order Date' column but not 'Payment Date'   We desperately need the 'Payment Date' when downloading the CSV into Quickbooks.  Occasionally, the Order Date is NOT the same as the Payment Date and it is affecting our Accounting reports.   We'd appreciate it if ShippingEasy can include the Payment Date in the report download.   Thanks.   • Third Party Batch Shipments

    We ship a lot of batches that we import via CSV but they ship on other customers FedEx or UPS accounts. For each batch, even if we have a saved selection we have to manually choose the 3rd party billing account by first choosing 'third party' from the dropdown and then choose the account they go to.  We then get warnings for addresses for certain orders in each batch that we have to then go and confirm the address.     We currently automate processes through Outlook where any attachments can be automatically downloaded and saved to our server, but to our surprise the scheduled reports do not have the attachments in the email, only a link that says "Download Here" I am not sure if Shipping Easy decided not to include the attachments because of size, but for daily reports they should not be that big and it will be very productive to have them attached to the emails.       Revise headings to better describe the process   I have done a few thousand labels on Shippingeasy and still find myself hesitating because the headings don’t describe the process associated with the heading.  Thankfully the process is great. It seems the word Shipments is used inappropriately, to me.     This is one of the biggest problems we've had with Shipping Easy so far. For Fedex international the default recipient is set to sender. I really don't need to say much more.. but before we were aware of this we sent out a number of batch shipments without fully understanding or knowing we needed to change it.     Wholesale Price is not a choice of fields to be displayed when you select Inventory Products and therefore does not show up on the edit pick list of items. It would be a quick reference for us since we change our cost price based on materials used.  This way we do not have to open it up to see what we are currently using to compute our profit  from the LTD ship history report.   • Copy and Edit POs for Faster Reordering

    Wouldn't it be great if we could go into our PO history and click an old PO and select Duplicate and Edit?  Then we can make any necessary changes and done, a new PO without starting from scratch.  This scenario works best for repeat orders from the same vendor. We have a number of vendors where we order about the same product each time and sometime need PO notes, so duplicating and then editing an old PO makes this process so much faster and easier.   • Show correct currency for non-US orders

    I sell on several eBay international sites.  Sales there are in Euro, Pound or Australian Dollar.  It seem ShippingEasy just ignores that and show everything as US Dollars.  For example, if the order is 34 Euro it will show as 34 Dollars.  This screws up both the packing slip and the customs form.  If I print from eBay shipping I get the correct currency show, SE should be able to do that also.     When creating manual orders, there is not a separate box for purchase price and sales tax (rather, there is one field - Subtotal Inc. Tax - for both).  This makes it extremely difficult to track how much was charged in sales tax on a particular order.     I'd like a feature/report that was able to tell me, based on my inventory, how many days worth of inventory i have. At the moment i am unable to use the threshold feature because that number changes on my products quite frequently. Example: If i have 30 inventory of one of my products currently.     I'd like to be able to create a report that lists each item on one line. Currently there are many instances where I have a quantity of 6, and then on the SKU line I see 2 SKU numbers.  Instead of the latter, I'd like to see this instance broken down to how many of each SKU were shipped, not a total of 6 items across 2 SKU.  This does not allow me to clearly determine how many of each items were shipped.  THis should be a relatively simple function for users to take advanta...     A developer of ours recently was looking into connecting our Xero account with ShippingEasy.  Right now you offer support to fetch orders and transfer them to xero. http://phpclientdemos.com/xero/shipping/lib/ShippingEasy.php   The way our accounting is set up, it would be most useful if ShippingEasy could provide an api to fetch the purchase orders that we input in ShippingEasy to be transferred to Xero.   Would this be something you could offer in the near future?   • Adding UPC Barcode to pick list and packing slips

    I need the ability to add the UPC Barcode to both my pick lists and packing slips so that I can streamline the picking and packing process.  The only ability ShippingEasy currently has to add a barcode is for the product SKU on the pick lists and there is no option for packing slips.  Because I sell on Amazon not all of my product SKUs are the actual UPC Barcode but are a randomly generated SKU by Amazon.  If ShippingEasy had the ability to add specifically the UPC Barcode...
