Confirmation Shipping Email Tracking Number

Hello, 

When sending a International package through USPS y get 2 tracking numbers one from where i send it to the international facility, the 2nd tracking number is from the facility to the place where im sending it.

How can i put both tracking numbers on the confirmation email?

Thanks for posting to our community today!

I checked your account and I do see most of your International shipments are First Class International merchandise shipments. I am assuming you are referring to those. These shipments arrive at the consolidator and are processed through customs and then shipped on to their country of destination. 

However, because of the budget rates for this service, international tracking to the destination countries border may or may not occur and will often depend on the country.

The tracking number that we display on Shipment History will show all of the tracking events available.  That will be the best one to share.

Our consolidator has informed us it would be safe to assume a shipment is on route to its destination after approx 1-4 days depending on customs, although we do not have access to any additional information.

If international tracking is a must need for your business, we would instead recommend using the Priority Mail Express International service, Priority Mail International service, or First-Class Package International Service. Those services are described in more detail in the link below.

What options do I have for international shipping?
