Shipments page not working

on this page:
app.shippingeasy.com/shipments

getting this message for all orders for the past hour: "A server problem has occurred..."

any thoughts?

UPDATE - thought this may be helpful to others:
I learned from Chat Support that this occurs sometimes if an order is marked 'complete' outside the shippingeasy system.

Previous to the issue occurring I had indeed marked a project "Completed" in Woocommerce when it did not update automatically after being completed (shipped) in shippingeasy.

The issue resolved itself when a NEW order was pulled into shippingeasy.

Perhaps these events are coincidence, but I thought it may be helpful if anyone else has a similar issue.
