Trial Setup - Physical Address could not be verified with USPS

Hello,

 

I am trying to setup an account with Shipping Easy but cannot make it past Adding a Shipping Carrier.  When I enter all of my information, it cannot recognize my billing address unless I add the P.O. Box.  So I add that, but then I am prompted for my Physical Address which is the same address as above but without my P.O. Box, and I get "could not be verified with USPS". and I cannot proceed.

Also, I actually already have a USPS account using my non-business email, but I cannot find a way to simply link that account, rather than create a new one.

How should I proceed?

Hi Michael, 

Thanks for your post! Can you please try using the physical address of the Post Office where you PO Box is located? In most cases, the system will take this address. Please let us know!

Bria,

Sure I can give that a try - I figured worst case scenario I could just use a friends address or something but since it asked for the physical address of my business, I wasn't sure if that was 100% critical that it be accurate here.

Bria,

 

That seemed to have worked, though I now have an issue when trying to setup the Endicia account as it will not accept my billing address!  I am going to try to just list the post office as the billing address and see how this goes...
