1ST why is the csv request (download csv pick list all orders)sent as email containing a link to process that pop ups a screen to down load in stead of just going to the download save screen.
We are a manufacturer of the products we sell on Amazon, therefore the product packaging occurs at the time of the order since daily quantities of each sku is different each day. Once group prepares the boxes required for todays orders while another picks, wraps, packages, seals the product ready for pickup.
Your current available solutions will not support this processing flow according to my discovery and your technical support. I have a multiple step process to produce the pre-build today's order of boxes using export, and excel.
But having to go to my email inbox to click on a link that takes me back to SE with a save download seems clumsy

Thank you for contacting our support forum. Due to the fact that these types of CSV reports have to be processed on one of our servers, which takes a bit of time depending on the size of the file, we opted to send them via email.
The exception there being CSV files created in our Reports page, and those are sent to another page to be downloaded after completion rather than being sent as a download file to the browser immediately for the same reason.
I understand having to navigate to another page to grab those reports may be inconvenient and I invite you to post a feature request detailing the change you would like to see and how you think it may best work.
This particular request would fit well under the PRODUCTIVITY forums. Other shippers can add their thoughts and vote on these requests. Our forums are monitored by our Product team and prioritized based on interest and customer input!
