USPS package selections not showing in list

I am on the Ready to Ship page trying to ship a small packet to Spain.

I have followed your instructions and selected  USPS>First Class Mail> Large Envelope/Flat Merchandise

The screen will not advance and give me a rate. I am shipping to Spain. It's giving me a blue information box that reads:

"New service and labels for First Class International Flats with merchandise. Learn"

I have already read the instructions and am following them exactly - why won't it give me a rate?  The Add to Cart button will not activate. The customs information is not missing anything. What do I do? Is there something wrong with your site regarding USPS?

I'm using a chromebook. Is there any problem with Chromebooks on your site? It appears to have worked just fine until this point. I think problem has something to do with Merchandise Flats and Document Flats. It will not accept my selection of a Merchandise Flat.

I apologize for the delayed response.  I am not seeing the order you mentioned on the Ready to Ship screen now but if have another order I could troubleshoot with, please let me know in the comments.
