Thank you for posting to our forums!
I tried to un-suspend your Endicia account on our end but it suspended again. That typically means that Endicia has a flag on the account. In that case, I recommend calling Endicia at 1-800-576-3279 so they can confirm your identity and un-suspend the account.
Your Endicia account details can be located under Settings then Postage & Carriers in ShippingEasy. Use the account ID and click "Show Passwords" to find the Endicia Web Password security credentials. The steps to follow are also linked in the article below:

Once they un-suspend the account, you should be good to go on creating your USPS labels but if not, please let us know in the comments so we can assist further.
