I'm having a problem - from the WordPress dash I try to update the Shipping Easy plugin to my WooCommerce store. But it won't update.
I go to Woocommerce subscription area, but it won't allow me to renew the plugin - it says it is expired but no option to renew.
From my Shipping Easy account dash, there is no option either - and Woo support says it is a third party issue.
How can I resolve this?

Thank you for contacting ShippingEasy. I was unable to find your account based on the email associated with your forum post. (Please do not share publicly for security reasons).
However, it sounds like you are trying to use the Legacy Plugin API for WooCommerce. Unfortunately, this version of the WooCommerce integration is not longer in productions. We have since moved to a direct connection via the REST API.
